30 - Day Push-up Challenge

My Progress with The 30 – Day Challenge

I am currently doing the 30 – Day Challenge.  The 30 – Day Challenge is a push-up challenge.  The rules for the challenge is that I need to do 100 pushups a day for 30 Days. The rules also state that I can do 50 push-ups in the morning and 50 push-ups in the afternoon or evening.  Another rule for the challenge is I can also do ten sets of  ten.  So far I have completed six days.  I am only going to take one day off which will be Sundays. If anyone wants to join me and this challenge it is not too late.  We can motivate each other and share our progress with each other.  Reach out to me if you are interested!!
