30 – Day Challenge Update!

I just finished the 18th day yesterday in the 30 – Day Challenge!!  I have two more weeks left.  I have noticed that I been getting more definition in my chest, biceps and triceps. How is your progress coming along?  If you haven’t started the 30 – Day Challenge yet, what are you waiting for?
