I love having breakfast in the morning!! It is my favorite meal of the day. It helps me start my day of great. Breakfast is the most important meal of the day! Remember that. My favorite breakfast includes 8 egg whites, 2 cups of oatmeal and sometimes a 5.3 container of Nonfat Greek yogurt. I also put a little bit of ketchup on my egg whites.
