Do you hate meal planning?  I know I do.  My Mom still bugs me about meal planning when I do not know what I want to do for lunch or dinner.  I am kind of getting sick of tired of it.  However I think I have found a really good tips for people who do not want to meal plan ahead of time.

According to Sally Tamarkin who is a write for BuzzFeed found great tips on how to eat healthy without meal planning.  She is a lifesaver for me because I hate meal planning and so does my Mom.  It’s kind of ironic how my Mom hates meal planning and she tells me to do it.  I found number four to be the holy grail that makes a lunch a healthy lunch.
