I heard people asked before if they should work out the same muscle group twice a day? The answer to that question is no.  In order to build muscle is let your muscles repair after each workout.  If you workout the same muscle group twice a day you keep tearing the same muscle and it has no time to heal and repair.  You are also prone to injury if you work the same muscle group twice a day.  Do not workout the same muscle group twice a day.  It is very dangerous for your body.
