If You Miss A Meal Don’t Sweat It

So I missed lunch today because I had such a busy day.  Stuff gets in the way.  But we can’t let one meal that we miss once in a blue moon determine how we eat the rest of the day.  

I had a protein drink for lunch.  If I didn’t Shakeology shake for a snack I would of had that because you can actually replace a meal with it.  If you miss a meal because you are busy drink Shakeology shake. Don’t start snacking unhealthy if you miss a meal.  Don’t sweat it stay on you meal plan and keep looking forward.
