P90X

Day 5 Of P90X Completed

Today was legs and back.  I had to skip 3 moves because of my knee issues.  Had a rough time doing the balancing chair lunges.  I did very well on the back exercises.  I did 20 reps on all of my back exercies.   Other than the 3 moves I had to skip, everything else went very well.  Great progress made so far for my first week.
